We know how important it is to get everything just right. That’s why we deliver two business days before your event at no extra cost, giving you time for your setup, tech runs and rehearsals before show day. For rush orders fewer than 7 days away, talk to us about a quote for express shipping.
Set your own network names & passwords during checkout. We’ll ship your unit pre-configured and customised, ready to plug in.
Volume price breaks apply. If you need coverage for more than one space, or if you’d prefer to discuss your event with one of our friendly (internet-obsessed) teammates, drop us a line. We’ll be with you by the next business day. We promise we’ll never hassle you with annoying sales calls or spam.
All rentals come with 40GB of data included per unit you package. Need more? We’ll notify you when you get to 75% and 95% of your data limit during your hire. You’ll have the option to purchase more data in prepaid packs starting at $5/GB during your hire, or we’ll bill you at $7/GB for overages after your event.

Queensland Government pulled off an absolutely stunning event on the remote Kangaroo Beach in Cape Hillsborough between two tidal movements. The unique, music, food and art event showcased local Indigenous artist @busbymarou. With only one cell tower in the area, internet connection was sketchy so Event Manager, Jodie Kennedy, reached out to PopUp WiFi to secure an alternative internet source to connect vendor POS devices and so that media could work on site to instantly upload content.
